Tenant pays, gas and electric. Water and trash is paid.

We will complete a background check and a credit check. We will perform an income verification a well, applicants need to make 3 times the rent amount.

Pets are accepted. A $300 non-refundable pet deposit and $35 per pet per month pet rent.

The security deposit upon approval will hold the property for approved tenant until the move in is scheduled. If tenant is approved for the move in and does not take possession by the scheduled move in date, tenant will lose the security deposit. The application fee is $65.

If approved, there is a $99 admin fee due upon signing the lease.

    "There is a lot of cookouts and family and community get togethers also. Our community comes together when we really need it the most. A lot of church charities and school charities. Not all Springfield is bad. Also the ymca is a good community even center to. This is my home town and there is still good left in this town. Not all is bad. Also the soup kitchen where it feeds the homeless and also gives the people clothes. There is also basketball courts where the community can get together and play basketball and enjoy it and have fun. There’s a skate park also where younger kids skate and ride there bikes at. There is a lot of bike trails and fields to play sports "
