Acerca de esta Casa

En inglés
I will send you 3 emails with pictures if you are interested. 2 adults max with or without 3 very small children or two larger children.

If you are a person who would love to take care of fruit trees and a grape arbor, then you would really like this place. Two large raised gardening spots as well along with a rhubarb area and a strawberry pyramid.
A family with 3 children have lived here for 2 years and really enjoyed the place. It is right adjacent to the playground of the Catholic school there and is enoyable if you like to see children at play. The street gets packed with parents picking up kids twice a day but there's always room for access. Long back porch with large pine trees grace the view. A front porch as well. Above the deep 2-stall garage is what could be called the 4th bedroom because it has a closet but it's way too big for a bedroom; the past renters used it as a rec room. The back yard is completely fenced.
Large double size tub, his and hers sink, shower, and his and hers closets are off the master bedroom. The other two bedrooms and bathroom are at the other end of the house behind the kitchen. Off the modern wide-windowed long-countertopped kitchen is a small office space that also looks out the back. The east neighbor keeps an immaculate yard.
Relatively close to Manito Shopping Center; maybe a mile. Just one block east of the library; an easy walk. 5 blocks to 29th going east.
I am a retired engineer who lives 31 blocks south on 64th Ave and will do required maintenance. It is OK for me to look in on my parked 26' RV there. This is my only rental; anything you could tell me about you personally that would add to my comfort in renting would be nice.

Text me for a tour or we can do a WhatsApp video tour if you are out of town.

Maximum of 2 medium sized vehicles; i.e. no jacked or large pickups, etc.
You pay water, sewage, gas, electric, and garbage including green bin.
I will blow out the sprinkler lines as the bronze valve is very expensive.
Lease duration is kind of up to you. Bought this as my retirement home but don't want to leave my current home. 4 months notice from either of us to end the lease with a minimum of one year.
No smoking anywhere on property.
Last month's rent as well as equal security deposit.
Must be knowledgeable in the care and maintenance of the grounds. Must be physically able and willing to do the work. Grounds has a half dozen fruit trees, rasberry patch, 50 feet of mature green grape plantings, two raised gardens, a ruhubarb patch, and multiple interesting plants.

"My neighborhood is safe and quiet, a lot of older and elderly people rather than young kids live here and it’s a clean area"
  • Denisemccartney43
"I live on the corner lot and responsible for the sidewalk on the side of my house and nobody helps. It’s pretty to each his own."
  • Denisemccartney43
"Not many buses around my area on the south hill, I wish we had those transit trains like they do in Portland, where you can hop on them anywhere"
  • Zaqmor
"Pride events and parks and lots of little shops close by with plenty of walk ability including a trail"
  • Trulia User
"Great neighborhood with amenities like parks, groceries and speciality stores. Convenient to get downtown via Southeast Blvd. Easy to get to the I-90 freeway to get to the Valley, Airway Heights, and area near the freeway. Not as cozy a neighborhood as the west side of the South Hill. More commercial but you get the conveniences."
  • Trulia User
"From Linclon Heights, it's pretty quick to get downtown and to the valley via the i-90 freeway. It's 5 or 10 minutes to get downtown and 15 or 20 minutes to the valley depending on where you're going. It is really nice being close to the Altamont and Freya freeway entrances to hop on the freeway and get somewhere quick. "
  • Trulia User
"My neighborhood is right off a snow corridor so I always feel safe driving. access to the freeway is very easy. "
  • Trulia User
"I love living in Lincoln Heights neighborhood. In the area I live in, it is very quiet and very safe. I feel very comfortable walking in the evening alone. The neighbors are very friendly but there is also a sense of privacy and peace here that I really enjoy. Highly recommend this area as a better part of Spokane. Very quiet."
  • Trulia User
"This is the quietest neighborhood I have ever lived in. The neighbors are very friendly and there are no barking dogs on my street. We all look out for one another and there is a feeling of community here. It feels extremely safe and it is a good area to go on walks. There’s a beautiful view of the hills in the distance. Most people take good care of their lawns. Nice middle-class neighborhood. I feel safe to walk at night here and I have."
  • Trulia User
"With exception to one resident wonderful family, all residents are long term and original natives of this city. Strong neighborhood awareness, know each other, committed to maintaining a safe, friendly neighborhood community."
  • Trulia User
"Has public transportation and a short commute to downtown! Very good neighborhood! I love living here! "
  • Trulia User
"There are tons of shops in the area. This is a good location if you like lots of activities & places to check out. "
  • Mpescaia
"Dog walkers galore. People drive pretty slow on our street. I see folks with dogs every day. There are a lot of dog owners in our area. "
  • Mpescaia
"A lot of folks walking their dogs every day. This is a good street to exercise your canine. Cars drive slowly and tend to be careful. "
  • Mpescaia
"Good for families. Nice neighborhood. Sidewalks for tricycle rides for the LITTLEs. Lots of deer & turkeys milling about. "
  • Chandra
"lots of people with children. Franklin School is popular with APPLE choice program. Farmers Market on Perry is very fun entertainment. Community garden in Grant Park."
  • JJohnson
"I think there are certain blocks with neighborhood watch that might be safer than where we are. We can’t leave anything outside including our cars...the windows will be smashed. Theft is so prevalent, the police don’t even bother."
  • Ericagardner2319
"I have always have had dogs here and never had a problem with anyone or any other pooch! Most people around here are dog people "
  • Akfshrgrl
"Each street is a bit different but ours is well maintained and not too much through traffic. The kids can play outside and I don’t need to worry about their safety."
  • Mpescaia
"Beautiful area; roads not cared for (potholes); need to watch your cars & packages, because druggies tend to troll the neighborhood. "
  • Amanda S. W.
"It’s important for children to know proper road safety, as the traffic here can get thick and fast at times depending on the street."
  • Rebecca G.
"Great neighborhood. Alot of families. I love the fact I feel safe. Kids can play and go to the park with no worries."
  • Asbond17
"Wonderful neighborhood to reside in, with friendly neighbors. Many great shops, stores and restaurants are walking distance away."
  • Akfshrgrl
"Good. Peak times are busy, but overall worth it for the great location. Easy access to everything, and if I don’t want to leave the hill I don’t need to! Love where I live!"
  • Jaime D.
"Great neighborhood. Quiet, friendly and safe. Lincoln Park is available for off leash dogs. Nice clean park. "
  • Mweissig
"Well this area seems to be extremely dog friendly. As long as they are on a leash while they are being walked, not overly aggressive, and are not escape artists they are welcomed here. The one thing I know that is not tolerated is when a dog is continuously barking and won't stop or if its after 10:00 o'clock. "
  • Flash69cal
"This is a very friendly and hospitable neighborhood. The neighbors are older and tend to keep to themselves. "
  • Flash69cal
"I’ve lived here since 2010. It’s a very nice and welcoming neighborhood. The people are very neighborly. "
  • Tiffany S. M.
"The vast open property and the horses who run on this land.I never said I don't want to love in the country. I did say I don't want to live on a farm."
  • Belinda698
"We have lived here 15 years. Stop telling everyone this is a quiet hood We have 3 schools in a one mile stretch and it is always loud. Crime bad too. Security a must."
  • Emilygwillet
"I like the closeness to everything but also how quiet it is. I feel safe living here. I can run around the neighborhood easily."
  • jjnryan
"Great area to live in: close to shopping, commuting, parks, and public transportation."
