This home was recently remodeled, and you'll easily be able to see that as you step in and take in your surroundings. You'll love how modern it is, and the stunning wall molding and vaulted ceilings will make you feel like you're living in a luxury, magazine-worthy home. The exquisite furniture and interior decor are just the icings on the cake.

The home is open-concept and has great flow from room to room. The absolutely gorgeous fully equipped kitchen will be a pleasure to cook in, featuring quartzite countertops, a mirrored backsplash, and built-in stainless-steel appliances. Choose to have your meal in the formal dining room or enjoy it in the breakfast area, right beside the beautiful bay window. The spacious living room contains a fireplace and bar area and is the perfect spot to gather everyone on the funky furniture and make colorful plans for your activities.
Oh, don't forget to bring your piano skills along - we have a lovely upright piano just for you to make it special :)

Your whole family or group will have ample space to spread out in the 4 large bedrooms and you'll enjoy the best sleep ever in the luxurious bedding. Our bathrooms are no less! There are a small powder room and 2 full bathrooms. The master bath has quartzite countertops and a spa-like soaker tub perfect for relaxing in. The frosted window gives you the privacy to take full advantage of this bathroom. The second bath is equally stunning with beautiful tiling. It can be uncomfortable to use bathrooms that aren't your own, but you'll have pure pleasure using these ones. You'll also have access to a separate laundry room.

As if all of that wasn't enough, the backyard is a true gem. Glittering in the sun, you'll have your very own large pool, perfect for cooling off on hot days, and also a Jacuzzi. The huge covered patio area is a great spot to BBQ, dining or just relax together even if you aren't in the pool. You'll love entertaining and chilling out back here.

In terms of sleeping arrangement, the layout of our rooms is as follows:
Master Bedroom: King Bed + Ensuite bathroom| Bedroom 2: Queen Bed | Bedroom 3: Queen bed| Bedroom 4: Queen bed and Bunk bed | Bedroom 5: Two bunk beds

Lastly, we must stress that we do NOT allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort at our property.

* Owner pays for all utilities (up to $200 for electric, $100 for water and gas) including internet.
* Parking available at the 2-car garage, driveway, or street.
* Listed monthly rate is applicable for a minimum of 6 months term. Rate may change for any lease term under 6 months.
* Please note that listing prices are subject to change during the summer season due to increased demand associated with the World Cup and related events.
* Smoking inside the house is not allowed! Violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages.
* No parties or events allowed.
* Pet should be discussed in advance; we only allow house-trained pets and ask to make sure they keep off beds and furniture. Pet cleaning fees to be applied.
* Full disclosure policy for numbers of people on the property at any time with security camera verification to comply with local laws. Rest assured - no cameras in any inside private areas - we respect the privacy of our guests. Small low-key gatherings are allowed only upon request and approval in advance.
