Surrounded by mature pine trees, with mountain views, quiet setting in a great neighborhood! Huge original rock fireplace, comes about 70% furnished, with the exception of one bedroom upstairs that is empty with just one foldable / small couch in it. Tons of closet space and storage, new dishwasher, new washing machine, and brand new septic system, installed in January. Home also features separate pantry with refrigerator, utility room, large skylight upstairs and two small walk-in closets in each bedroom upstairs. Total of 5 closets in house. There is a small garage in the backyard for extra storage as well. Friendly neighbors quiet and safe setting. This house has a Swiss chalet feel to it, and has tons of charm and character. This summer, owner will be doing some exterior upgrades including new gates, wood trim, and possibly new paint. Will consider small pet with an extra deposit. This is a non-smoking property only. There are three blooming fruit trees on the property in springtime. The property is currently move in ready. Will consider short term rental but prefer long term lease. Applicants must show proof of employment and or income, and provide rental and or personal references. No evictions or criminal background. Would prefer no pets, but will possibly consider a small dog, or maybe one cat with extra pet deposit. tenant pays for all utilities. If the yard and deck is kept nicely and is kept/raked, weeded. The yard must be kept reasonably maintained and meet fire authority code. There are many reasonably priced landscape companies that can come once a month in the Wrightwood area. Or you can maintain yard and planting beds yourself. This is a mandatory requirement to rent.

    "I live here in Wrightwood with my husband. We were married 5 years ago. For both of us this is a 2nd marriage. We have our hometown Church here in WW. Most all our friends attend our chord but not all of them. We live high up on the West side of town, the elevation is higher on this side of town therefore when we do get snow this side usually gets more snow and the snow lasts longer. On a happier moment for the snow if you have children of younger ages they stay pretty occupied in the snow most of the day! Wrightwood definitely has all 4 seasons. The Spring, Summer, and Fall's here in Wrightwood are just gorgeous...we have many different varieties of color and the temperatures in the summer do not go over the 90 degree mark very often. Wrightwood is an excellent place to raise a family. There's not many places out there like it. Truly beautiful place..."

Walking in the mountains is our greatest pleasure as well as clubs. We have an excellent library. The four seasons are lovely! "
