Lease Term:
- Minimal 12-month lease.
- Preference to tenants that desire longer-term lease
- Renter's insurance policy is required for all residents over the age of 18
- Must make 3x rent amount as a household
- No more than 3 unrelated occupants will be allowed
- No subleasing
- Renter to pay for all utilities and yard maintenance
- Applicants need to meet minimal credit and income requirements to be considered
- Stable permanent employment and verifiable income required
- All applicants over the age of 18 subject to background and credit check
- Rental decisions made based on verifiable rental history, income, and background screening
