The beach is located in Anastasia Island which has a lot of activities. the Lighthouse is nearby, and Saint Augustine’s beach is through the 312 bridge. It’s just a nice, established, well-maintained neighborhood with a cheap home owners association that really is functional, and neighbors are friendly and range widely in age. There’s tons of sidewalks, parks, ponds, wildlife, and very easy access to all types of stores and restaurants. "
