Easy care front and backyard.

Convenient to shops, dining, schools, medical centers, and parks. Interstate 15 and highway 78 are not too far away for ease of commute.

No subleasing and no co-signers.

First month's rent plus deposit equal to first month's rent required upon approval.

Minimum lease agreement of one (1) year.

Renters insurance proof is required with minimum of $100K.

Tenant is responsible for landscaping and general up keep and care of the front and back yard.

Tenant responsible for all utilities. Electric/power, water, and trash/disposal all will be paid by tenant and in tenants name.
