The house has a front yard enclosed with a fence. The open floor plan with high ceilings in a great living space an the back patio is equally great for entertaining. The main floor offers an open concept layout of the living room and kitchen. The kitchen features beautiful white shaker-style cabinets, an Island with plenty of cabinets under and around the kitchen counters, and all the appliances are ready to work: a freestanding gas stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Under the stairs, there is a closet that can be used as a pantry or storage. There is also a ground-floor 1/2 bathroom across the island and a patio right outside the kitchen. The top floor contains the 3 bedrooms with high ceilings and fans. Two of the bedrooms share a double sink and a two-door bathroom (Jack-Jill). The main bedroom offers Ocean Views from the deck, a walk-in closet, and a main bathroom with a double sink, shower, and plenty of cabinets for storage.
On this same floor is the laundry room with a washer and dryer already set up. The house also highlights large windows throughout the house, allowing for natural light to flow through and A/C.
Right on this same floor, before the laundry room, there is the door to the roof that takes you to a 1,000 sq/ft. roof deck with stunning ocean views! On the other side of the roof, the solar panels are located on the corner and are able to provide electricity to the house.

Additional amenities include a water filtration system for the entire house, a 2-car garage with additional off-street parking, an outside shower (to rinse the sand from the beach), electric vehicle charging, and other features.

There is no large corporate or chain businesses other than 7-11, no buildings allowed higher than 3-story, much of the beach area houses were built in the 50’s and 60’s. Many are now remodeled and nice. The IB pier is quite beautiful with regular fishermen, surfers and people walking. "
