An outdoor table for two and two outdoor chairs are furnished. The apartment is spotlessly clean.

There is one designated off-street tenant parking spot.

Walk to Cornucopia Restaurant, Newman's Fish Market, Kiva Market & Deli, Soriah Restaurant, Bier Stein, Bar Purlieu Restaurant.

13th and 15th bike paths to U of O one block away.

The neighborhood is very quiet and neighbors are very vigilant. Immediate friendly neighbors are highly educated retirees: a Stanford foundation administrator, an architect, a pastor, a librarian, a musician, an internet systems project manager, a teacher, a utility company operation manager, a retired federal judge, two retired investment managers.

This apartment is privately managed by the owners who are very tidy, clean, organized, responsible, educated people. We are looking for a tenant who matches the same description.

This apartment is best suited for:
