Includes HVAC filter delivery, rent-based credit reporting, ID theft protection up to $1M, a rewards program, and more. All leases will be ending in March 2027!

    "Pretty quiet neighborhood. All of the original owners have aged out. Neighborhood is changing demographically quickly, and not for the better. Theft crimes are occasional but increasing as the demographics change. Many small homes and renters. Houses are close to each other so not a ton of privacy. Yards are on the larger side compared to nearby Schaumburg. "
