Garage is tucked in back, so feels very private. Well-behaved PETS considered! (Pls describe yours. Dogs are considered, but had to put "ok" in the ad). Open kitchen/LR area features bar w stools, and storage closet. Private deck off back! This is considered a roommate situation, since utilities are shared w the 2nd floor, but all aspects are private. Laundry hookups are in closet off the kitchen. BR has decent sized closet. Designated off street parking space. This a bright place with a very open feel. Location is fantastic - right on the edge of Portland, walking distance to the Main St, as well as Kohl's n the new Market Basket/Rock Row shopping area! Quick n easy access to 95. $1550 plus utilities. This is a smoke free, quiet n friendly building. Photos show the entire space. Tried to include all angles, so there's some overlap from one to another. :)
