Open floor plan has a nice size living and dining room area with galley-style kitchen. Kitchen includes a range and refrigerator and has solid wood cabinetry. The living room has plush, natural tan carpeting. There is a coat closet in the living room and a linen closet in the hallway. Nice size bathroom with tub/ shower combination, vanity and toilet. The bedroom is spacious and has a window to allow natural sunlight in the mornings. There is a stackable washer and dryer just off the bedroom with in a small walk-in closet. Off-street parking is available in the rear. This unit has heat pump and central air conditioning.

    "I've lived here for 14 years, my kids grew up here. Good school zones. Kind neighbors, some you don't see much of, but rarely in all my years here have we encountered and issues. Very close to Kings Park and what we call the dog park which I think is actually named Bella Grove, right on the corner of Green St and Bond St. "
