Rent is $2,000 per month. A $2,000 deposit plus last month's rent is required before move-in. A $35 application fee for credit check is required each adult tenant. Strong rental and employment records for the last 5 years and a credit score higher than 600 are part of the screening guidelines. Applications accepted in person only. Please bring ID, application info, and $35 application fee per adult if interested in applying.

    "There’s a walking/bike path that goes a few miles. Starting near shopping and bus lines it goes around parks and school, even a tennis court. Lots of grass along the way for your dog to relieve himself. Most people are decent enough to clean it up. The path ends up over near a river and a new path that runs another direction along nature area with wildlife for your dog to bark at. "
