Third party, non-refundable application fee is $40.00, security deposit is $1700.00. Everyone 18 and older during the lease term must submit an application and pay the application fee. Located in an excellent location next to Fairview Rd shopping and restaurants. Easy access to I-385. Schools: Plain, Bryson, Hillcrest. Optional lawn service available.
RESERVATION FEE / SECURITY DEPOSIT: In order to secure the property, the security deposit plus a Non-Refundable Reservation Fee, which is equal to the monthly rent amount, is required at the time of lease signing. Once the lease start date arrives, the Non-Refundable Reservation Fee is applied towards first the month's rent.
