The unit is in immaculate condition. Lots of storage. A bachelor or bachelorette's dream, or possibly someone in transition, a military person on temporary duty, a traveling Nurse, or someone waiting for their home to be built. Relax with your wine glass in hand and enjoy the magnificent sunsets and boats sailing by from your upper trek deck, with furniture and outdoor umbrella. Large yard, partially fenced. Near US Naval Academy, Ft. Meade, NSA, and Andrews Joint Base, as well as Anne Arundel Medical Hospital, Mercy Center, and Johns Hopkins.     "We're right off of Mayo Road, close but not too close to Route 2. It's so easy to get to 97 & 50. Just drive to the top of the street, take a right onto Mayo, a right on 2 (aka Solomon's Island Road), cross the South River Bridge and you're there. Close to everything. The best of a nice quiet neighborhood and proximity to Annapolis, Baltimore and DC. ☮️"

Also piers and boat slips. A great variety of homes makes for interesting walks. The schools are excellent and Edgewater Elementary is to be completely renovated in 2018-19."
