Acerca de esta Casa

En inglés
A rare rental opportunity available in the beautiful neighborhood of Walnut Hills. Walk or bike to downtown, William & Mary, or New Town in a matter of minutes. Its central location in the city and proximity to Route 199 mean that everything in Williamsburg is a short drive away. The unfurnished house features three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and an open-floor-plan common area, with original hardwood floors throughout. The common area leads directly out to a new deck and patio, with landscaped gardens and a custom-built shed and porch in the rear. Laundry is located in the attached garage, where there is plenty of storage.

The house previously has been owner-occupied and features several major updates in the past five years, including a new HVAC system, water heater, and roof. All the fixtures, and finishes in the house have been replaced recently. Monthly rent includes lawn mowing and yard maintenance; tenant will be responsible for leaves (but the city collects them from the curb for free). Available as soon as December 1st.

Tenant pays for water, electric, gas, and Internet. City provides trash, recycling, and leaf collection. No smoking. Rent includes lawn mowing and basic landscaping; tenant is responsible for raking/blowing leaves to curb with provided equipment. Preference for a lease ending 7/31/25 or 7/31/26, renewable annually or bi-annually after that.
