    "I joined my friend for their tour at Arcadia, and one thing that really stood out was how lively and welcoming the community felt. The office was busy with residents coming in and out — asking questions, saying hello, grabbing packages — and it was clear the team knew everyone by name. We even saw people enjoying the pool and clubhouse, which made the place feel genuinely lived‑in. A few furry residents stopped by for attention too, which honestly made the visit even better.     "Ragle park is nearby and nice. The neighborhoods feel safe. There are some sketchy people high on hard drugs around the train station. Be mindful of your surroundings when walking the rail trail near the train stop. "
