We love pets on this property. A maximum of two small, quiet, well-cared-for, and well-behaved dogs or cats are allowed (sometimes larger dogs are allowed, but some breeds are not allowed at all under our insurance, so please inquire). A loud or aggressive pet can be a violation of the lease.
