Step inside to a warm and inviting open-concept living area where the rich wood-paneled walls and rustic finishes instantly transport you to a simpler, mountain-lodge lifestyle. The spacious living room features plush leather seating, a large flat-screen TV, and a wood-burning fireplace perfect for gathering after a day of skiing, hiking, or exploring Truckee. Just steps away, the family-style kitchen and dining area provide the perfect hub for connection, with a large center island for casual meals, a full set of appliances for preparing home-cooked dinners, and a generous dining table ideal for sharing stories over a hearty meal or hosting family game night.

On the main level, two forest-inspired bedrooms share a full hallway bathroom with a bathtub and single vanity. Nearby, an additional full bathroom off the kitchen features a stand-up shower, offering extra convenience for guests and making it easy for everyone to get ready for the day.

If you don’t have a tracker or if your dog doesn’t return on command then you might want to think about keeping them on a leash. There is a lot of wild life to make your dog run off and get lost. "
