Pets are allowed - 25 lbs or less, breed restrictions apply.

$200 non refundable pet deposit per pet, and $40 per month pet rent per pet.

No smoking or vaping of any kind inside or outside of the unit.

Tenant is responsible for all utilities.

Washer and dryer hookups located in the basement.
