The bedroom is 10.5' x 8.5' and located closest to the front door and garage entryway. It features a large louver-hinged door closet and north-facing window overlooking the front yard. The room comes with a full bathroom and tub shared with one other housemate.

The home has 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, with central air-conditioning and heating. Shared spaces include the dining room, living room, kitchen, and garage. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, refrigerator, utensils, pots and pans, and personal cupboard space. The two-car garage offers plenty of storage and also serves as a lounge, complete with a small gym, projector, and washer/dryer. There is also a guest room at the end of the hallway for guests.

The backyard includes a seating area, lawn, kidney-shaped pool, attached jacuzzi, and a small garden bed. The south-facing backyard is beautiful in the evenings.

We are all quiet, clean, and courteous software engineers working full-time in-office at General Atomics and Northrop Grumman. We enjoy hosting monthly game nights in the living room. Please feel free to join or host your own fun events.

    "Ok. Once you’re in Poway you’re in Poway it’s kinda a drive to go elsewhere. I work downtown and it’s a 45 min drive with traffic. People are pretty friendly here and kind. I feel relatively safe living here. Anyway getting to and from the freeway can be a bit slow that’s my only real gripe."

    "I've lived here since 2006. Peaceful area. Friendly neighbors, but they don't impose on anyone, so if you're an introvert, that's respected, too. Within walking distance to movie theaters, nice restaurants, ice cream and frozen yogurt shops, drug store and grocery stores. Hiking trails right outside the entrance to the community. Also within about 2 miles of the I-15 which has a carpool and toll road south to San Diego (10-15 min. drive) and north to surrounding destinations. Also has highest rated school district in the county!"
