Smoking Policy: The house at 133 maintains a Non Smoking Policy anywhere on or about the premises. This includes anywhere inside the house, front, side and backyard areas. The Non Smoking Policy also applies to the use of vape or vaping devices and products.

Application Fees: All persons age 18 or older must apply and submit payment for the required Application Fee of $45.00
