 Fully furnished with a queen-sized bed and 50" wall mounted smart TV with tv stand under it
 Private fridge included
 Spacious closet

The Home Includes:
 Modern stainless steel appliances
 Walk-in shower + bathtub
 Swimming pool access
 Outdoor steel Grillsmith grill and griddle.
 Shared common areas kept clean and well-maintained
 Guest parking available

About the Household:
You'll be living with my previous roomate Jan, he's a friend and very respectful 40-year-old homeowner, who has lived with both male and female roommates in the past. He's a gamer, tidy, and quick to fix anything that breaks. He has two really timid Bengal cats also live here a cat-friendly roommate would be a great fit.

Rent and Lease Terms:
 $1,200/month all utilities included
 $300 security deposit
 Only first month + deposit due to move in
 Lease options: 6, 12, or 18 months
 No couples, please
 Business professionals or Students with proof of income or guarantor preferred.
 Renter with their own vehicle preferred.

There’s a hospital and pharmacy close by and there’s lots of thrift stores and restaurants but it’s a very quiet neighborhood and neighbors do not get in your personal space at your residence "

Dog park is about 12 minutes, 102nd street can be slow at times. Marina is less than 5 minutes away, only delays are when Anona Elementary on Indian Rocks Road is beginning or ending their day"
