"weekly/monthly" furnished rental! This is a Charming and unique one bedroom apt in a 5-unit building in La Jolla with access to the Village & Cove right out your front door! Everything you need for 1 or 2 people - comfortable bed, desk, TV, couch, hardwood floors, kitchen, clean and functional bathroom with windows everywhere to take in that ocean breeze. Walk to La Jolla Village shops, restaurants and galleries. Explore the Cove, nearby trails and Children's pool, just a short walk away. This is a unique and historic property with lots of charm! You will climb 2 small sets of stairs to reach the lower-level unit. The entrance is at the side of the property, you'll enter through a gate and walk up some stairs to reach the front door. The apt has a small living room with a couch, TV, desk and coffee table. The bedroom has a queen-size bed with windows facing the street and ocean. The kitchen and bathroom and both clean and functional with all the basics you need. At the end of the hall is the entrance to the cellar which has a coin operated washer and dryer. There is currently no parking spot available, but there is limited street parking as well as a parking garage across the street from the property. Everything is cozy and comfortable; you should have everything you need to relax and enjoy your stay after a long day exploring the village and cove.
