Asking $650/mo for the smaller room, $750/mo for the large room, or $1300/mo for both. Deposit equal to one month rent. Would prefer to rent to one person but would consider two if we all get along well.

Includes shared full bath, shared kitchen, dining room, private fenced back yard and outdoor patio with seating under a canopy. Some gardening possibilities in the backyard and also in the nearby Whitaker Community Garden. One parking space is available by the apartment with additional parking on the street. Extra storage in the garage. You have the option of using the rooms partially furnished as shown.

Retired professor, now painter looking for a female roomate. Must be cat-friendly. Must do an application and background check with the property management company.

I'm a current tenant and the property management place is Sage Living By Design. They are really great and allow tenants to get roomates as long as we are both on the lease. First we meet and decide that we want to live together, and then you do the application and background check with Sage.

I've been living here with my daughter and grandson,for the last 4 years. They just moved out to an organic farm and I want to stay in town. It's a great neighborhood and nice quiet apartment complex.

The application fee is $10 and when approved you would be added to the lease.
