We have just completed a HUGE update on this beautiful downstairs residence. We've added soothing artwork, new appliances including a gorgeous new range, two large mirrored closets, and ALL the furnishings are brand NEW.

We have 3 residences total. Upstairs, Downstairs and our residence that we live in full time. In addition to the three residences we also have a Yurt located on the back of the property which acts as Heather's office.

Our quiet, safe, gated property is truly a sanctuary with flowing fountains, soft sounds of wind chimes and quiet sitting areas sculpted into the landscaping. Living in a quiet, peaceful environment is important to us, and we hope it is for you too. Our intention is to be good landlords, and friendly approachable neighbors, while maintaining your privacy and ours too.

Our landscaping team comes weekly on Mondays, and Jim takes the garbage cans out and brings them back in every week.

We are located in a quiet valley in Vista ca. just 5 min from the 78 freeway, and 10 min from the beach! We are minutes from delicious restaurants, breweries, a great healthy market, Trader Joes and Target.

Lastly, the property is in a sweet little neighborhood with only one entrance. Many of our neighbors have chickens, and most of us grow produce. At the end of the street there is a little neighborhood "market stand" with eggs, honey from neighborhood bees, produce and even a little library.

Gardner once a week

Onsite laundry facility is shared with the upstairs unit, and is housed steps away from both residences.
