There is a detached 2-car garage with storage shelving. Washer and dryer are inside the unit. Currently working on the place to get it ready for the next resident - fresh paint, and some other upgrades are in progress! Full kitchen remodel with new white cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances! MORE PICTURES COMING SOON! Ready by this weekend!

Tenant responsible for water, PG&E, and trash service. No smoking anywhere on the premises. Pets allowed, but restrictions apply so please call for details. Higher deposit required for applicants with pets.

Rent includes landscaping service, and pool service every other week, for chemical balancing, but tenant must also do some routine pool maintenance to keep it healthy and clean between service days. Pool heated with solar.

    " Work construction, but it’s the best of all the different areas so I’m close to San Francisco Oakland San Jose‘s an hour so it’s pretty good 20 minutes to Berkeley but the drive home is usually a little rough, but where I live in Concord is not too bad cause it’s a quick exit after you go through the interchange. I moved to Concord because I didn’t want to live in Antioch, clear Brentwood, where the commute is horrible."

Being parents with children in private, public, and chartered we are completely grateful for the teachers and faculties in the schools of Concord. Children with Parents that are not involved will definitely struggle. The community parks are very safe and are always used by residents in thier respectable neighborhoods. "
