This is a very nice small family home that is located in one of the great neighborhoods of north central Mesa. If you don't know this neighborhood, come have a look. Homes in this neighborhood do not come available very often and when they do, the go fast. This home is within walking distance from the highly rated MacArthur elementary school, Candlelight park, Fryes grocery store and a 9-hole golf course. It's also a short drive to the 202 ramps at Gilbert road.
