- Kitchen: Fully equipped for cooking enthusiasts, has everything you need including modern appliances, cookware, and plenty of space to whip up your favorite meals.

- Living area: Where eclectic expression meets modern comfort, you can lose yourself in a stunning masterpiece or share stories in the comfortable seating area all from the warmth of a beautifully this curated space.

- Bedroom: Your room is furnished with a queen bed, dressers for clothing storage. Sink into the high quality linens for a restful stay.

- Office: The second bedroom is transformed into an efficient office space that seamlessly turns into an additional sleep soace from the queen sized sleeper sofa.

- Laundry: Washer and dryer are located on the second floor so you can spend more time resting or exploring with the comfort of knowing your clothes will be ready when you are.

- Bathrooms: Your full bathrooms, accented with gold features, is stocked with fresh towels and essential starter toiletries. After a long day, soak in the tub or take a delightful shower. All Sojourn properties are stocked our preferred Lather products, ensuring you begin your in luxury.

- Backyard: A serene fenced patio, perfect for relaxing and chatting, features lounge chairs, a grill, and a cafe table with chairs. Get ready for evening beverages and discussing your favorite part of the day in your.

Every Sojourn home is thoughtfully curated to deliver a seamless, high-end experience: round-the-clock support via text, email, or phone artisanal coffee, plush towels, and premium bath essentials effortless self check-in fully appointed kitchens luxurious linens and ultra-fast WiFi.

For stays between 180 - 364 days, there is a security deposit in the amount of half of the monthly rent, which is due at time of lease signing.

For stays 365 days or more, there is a security deposit in the amount of one full month of rent, which is due at time of lease signing.

There is a non-refundable, $45 Rental Application.

Pets are welcome for a one time, non refundable deposit of $450 per pet.

ESA and service animals are welcome with the appropriate documentation.

All utilities are included.
