Located within 2 miles of downtown Wake Forest and multiple shopping centers. 30 minutes to downtown Raleigh. The neighborhood is very friendly and safe, and includes a community pool, tennis courts, and park within walking distance. The public schools for this location are among the best around the triangle.

House was recently painted. New granite countertops and subway tile backsplash in the kitchen. Roof and gutters are brand new with gutter filters, so gutter cleaning won't be necessary.
