The main suite includes a tile shower and solid surface vanity with deep drawers. All electric home. This lovely pool home has a private back yard and covered patio. Owner maintains pool and landscaping. Landscaping is kid and pet friendly.There are no thorns on the cactus. We do allow housebroken medium size dogs and indoor cat. Smoke free home. Owner does not except Zillow applications. If interested please leave message requesting your interest in the property. Furniture not included. Close to shopping and yet nestled in a very nice, quiet neighborhood in Yuma that meanders around an 18 hole golf course. There are no power lines and every home is custom built and unique.
