Very roomy closets and an outdoor storage closet with two parking spaces, one parking space is uncovered the other parking spot has a carport. There is a private fenced patio. 1406 sq ft, $1500, monthly, two months rent and $1500 deposit due by move-in date.

This is great as a roommate plan or a family.
Work from home WFH such as over internet is allowed but NO retail (as in foot) traffic is allowed.
Minimum 6 month lease.
Pets allowed on a case by case basis.

There is a sense of community here. If you enjoy people you should consider living in alief. The schools are also very welcoming and challenging. It is perfect for any person of any age."
