Upstairs is a loft area, office room, full bath and another bedroom.

Each floor has a deck. The upper deck is larger with sun and Mountain View's. Comes with deck furniture.

The front porch is wonderful and overlooks a great yard. There is an area next to the porch where you could plant flowers or veggies.

Directly adjacent to the lot is a large park with basketball hoops, tennis courts, playground.

No pets are allowed.

Tenant to be responsible for lawn care and snow removal.

    "There are plenty of places to walk with paths and parks around the area. At least the park where the Bear Paw is held has poop bags already there, which makes it a nice place with a wide area to take your pup. "

    "The roads are ROUGH in the winter! People say it’s well maintained, but the road gets VERY narrow, and there is so much snow sometimes the plows won’t get to the side streets until well after 10am. Good luck getting to work! You definitely need 4wd and good winter tires or studs!"

    "I love Eagle River, it is such a friendly place to live people are friendly . If you ever have a problem people are eager to help ! When I was a kid I grew up here in the 1960’s , it was way smaller but it still has that small town feel ! You can do so much here !"
