It is completely furnished with designer finishes and bedding. Very large living area and kitchen totally furnished and updated. All rooms in the home have beautiful views. Large pool and grass yard w big trees and flowers totally maintained!!

I'm looking for a considerate , clean professional. No pets, drugs, drama or tobacco. I also want someone that has a good credit score background check and is financially secure.

I consider myself a clean, fun loving, active, social lady. I am not into drama, drugs or tobacco. I am friendly but very considerate of others privacy. The bedroom would be totally separate across the house from mine. Very quiet!Rent includes a Garage parking spot with a garage door opener and a large laundry room.
