The master bedroom comes complete with a spacious walk-in closet and a separate bathroom. Plus, an attached heated two-car garage provides plenty of storage space.

- Income requirement: 2X rent
- Security Deposit same as one month's rent.
- Renter Insurance is recommended
- 12 months minimum lease

The landlord will cover the water, trash, yard work and snow removal of the main road (driveway not included) expenses. On the other hand, the tenant will be responsible for the electricity and gas. No smoking, no pets.

Upon signing the lease agreement, the renter is required to pay the first month's rent and security deposit. The rent must be paid by the 1st day of every month. A late fee of $60.00 minimum will be imposed and $5.00 additional after the 6th day until the full payment is received.

    "The roads are ROUGH in the winter! People say it’s well maintained, but the road gets VERY narrow, and there is so much snow sometimes the plows won’t get to the side streets until well after 10am. Good luck getting to work! You definitely need 4wd and good winter tires or studs!"
