A beautiful and unique home with a wonderful porch in a safe, quiet neighborhood! This home has new siding and windows. It has a stone fireplace and high cathedral ceiling in the living room and a dedicated dining room with French doors that open to the porch. There's plenty of room for outside dining or just relaxing in the country-like atmosphere. The kitchen is bright and cheery with newer counter top, electric range, frig and dishwasher. It opens to a large backyard. The 3 bedrooms are spacious and there is a laundry room en route to the large 2 car garage. New lighting and ceiling fans throughout and wood flooring in the master bedroom, living room and hall and new Vinyl Plank in the other bedrooms. NO CARPET!

Qualifications! Please have income of around $5000 or more monthly. Please do not apply if you have recent criminal convictions or evictions. Write to me, don't just ask for a showing or there is a good chance I won't answer. One or two small pets may be allowed with a $100 non-refundable security deposit per pet. Keep in mind that the backyard is NOT fenced. No Aggressive Dog Breeds!

I'm not sure why Zillow says Fees may apply. You will have utility bills but no monthly fees. Please write and tell me a little about yourself as mentioned above so I can arrange a viewing. I'm a private landlord who wants a good responsible tenant!

It's truly a drug infested violent area. No place to raise a family...on the north side that is. South Crestview isn't too bad, with the city expanding and new homes being built next to nicer newer homes and apartment complexes. Be wise. "
