A private room has opened up in our spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom house. We are looking for a clean, friendly, and responsible professional who wants to be part of a great home community rather than just renting a room.

The Space & Amenities
The room is fully furnished with a memory foam mattress, dresser, desk, blackout blinds, and a 4K smart TV. Rent includes access to high-speed fiber-optic internet.

The rest of the house has been completely renovated and features:
 Entertainment: A dedicated home theater room with regular movie nights.
 Relaxation: A backyard oasis featuring a hot tub under the stars.
 Fitness: A private home gym equipped for quick workouts.
 Convenience: A fully stocked kitchen with new appliances, on-site laundry, and easy street parking.
 Pets: We have a sweet, friendly husky who loves meeting new people.

Our home is situated in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood perfectly positioned on the border of Orange County and Los Angeles (Los Alamitos area).
 Immediate access to the 405 freeway
 A short walk to Sprouts, Ralphs, In-N-Out, and The Shops at Rossmoor
 10 minutes to Cal State Long Beach (CSULB)
 Minutes from local beaches, Costco, and Trader Joe's

Your Housemates
You will be sharing the home with three active, respectful young professionals in our 30s who enjoy going out, hitting the beach, playing pickleball, having movie nights, and balancing busy careers with a social home life:

We are looking for someone clean, social, and responsible who vibes well with our household dynamic. It is a perfect landing spot for someone new to the area looking to make great friends. We are all about good vibes, great company, and keeping a clean, comfortable home for everyone. A few basics to help things run smoothly:
 Clean as you go: Please wash, dry, and put away dishes right after cooking, and keep shared spaces guest-ready.
 Treat it like home: Take care of the house like it is your own.
 Smoking & drugs: Outdoor smoking only, no ciggarettes
 Quiet hours & guests: Quiet hours are 11 PM to 8 AM so everyone gets good sleep.
