This gorgeously furnished unit is set in the middle of a tropical garden filled with palm trees, bougainvillea, Banana Palms and a tranquil fountain. It can comfortably accommodate 4 guests. Your apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a full size refrigerator, stove, toaster oven, microwave, toaster, chef style pots and pans, silverware and dishes. It includes a designer bedroom set with a new Beautyrest Mattress and 600 thread count linens, four pillows and a down comforter. Wamsutta towels sets and washcloths will be provided. The living room and kitchen are spacious and overlook this tropical large courtyard. There is a Smart TV in both the living and the bedroom with DVD and full cable access. Your home will include all utilities and high speed internet. There are two energy efficient washers and two dryers onsite, You will have three parking options to choose from. This is well maintained, quiet, pet friendly building with long term respectful tenants.

The apartment is extremely clean and tidy. The exterior is thoroughly cleaned weekly by a dedicated cleaning woman. The property is also landscaped weekly. This is a very nice area and the property has long term tenants who are very respectful pleasant professional neighbors. Your maintenance needs will be handled immediately. There is no deferred maintenance at this building.

The utilities are included which include Internet, electricity, gas, water, and trash. This is a no smoking building. We have an extremely clean, pet friendly building. Parking is included in the rent - either a garage or an off-site parking space depending on what is available.
