Updated kitchen with newer oven, dishwasher, and gas range, and a large dining room space that has plenty of room for a desk for an office corner space. The room currently being used as a living room can also be used as a second bedroom - there are french doors with curtains for privacy to close off the room area. The bathroom with the green tile shower stall has a steam shower! The second bathroom off the sunroom has a bath tub. Sun room is located off of the living room/second bedroom and does have some floor sloping due to it being an older home. There is a mud room located at the back entrance via the backyard, and a patio along the front door entrance. Lots of closet space and storage throughout the apartment, including an entryway closet.

Looking for tenants to sign a year-long lease starting June 1, 2026! Base rent is $2400. Property is managed by Cornerstone and there is a monthly fee added to rent for water, sewage, and gas which is calculated base on usage. Cornerstone has a pet policy that can be added for a fee at time of signing the lease. Cornerstone also requires renters insurance and that can be purchased through Cornerstone at time of lease signing. That was me up until a few months ago when I found out I was pregnant. I will be moving west to the foothills/suburbia in August to foster a safer, happier life and future for my baby. Overall, denver/cap hill is just too loud, busy, and congested."
