The kitchen and home systems include whole-house water softening, a reverse-osmosis drinking water system, and filtered refrigerator water for added comfort.

The backyard is a standout feature, offering 10+ mature fruit, citrus, and flowering trees supported by an automatic drip irrigation system, creating a peaceful and private outdoor setting.

Tenant is responsible for all utilities, including electricity, gas, water, sewer, trash, internet, and any optional service subscriptions. Landlord will pay HOA dues. Tenant must follow all HOA community rules and regulations.

Tenant is responsible for routine consumables and basic maintenance items, including water softener salt, RO filter replacement, refrigerator water filter replacement, light bulbs, air filters, batteries, and similar consumable items.

Tenant is responsible for routine care of the front yard, backyard, side yard, trees, plants, and landscaping, including proper watering, drip irrigation monitoring, and promptly reporting leaks, clogged emitters, broken drip lines, irrigation failures, or plant stress. Tenant is responsible for the water utility bill.

Expected irrigation guideline: approximately 1 hour daily from June through September, and approximately 1 hour every other day from October through May, unless adjusted by landlord, weather conditions, irrigation performance, HOA requirements, or local watering guidance. Tenant must not remove, heavily prune, or damage trees/plants without landlord approval.

Renters insurance is required before move-in and must remain active during the lease term.

    "My neighborhood is friendly and has more animal lovers around than you would imagine. I also have a short commute to the freeway to get to work or parts of Scottsdale and Phoenix quickly. Everything is in the long stretch of road that I live on that I would need from day to day. I love this area simply because it has gotten better and its not perfect but its getting better. All we can do is try and take it one day at a time and one small act of kindness a day to change the future of our community we live in. "
