The spacious apartment is located in the Greenside Park neighborhood of Eureka, only half a mile from the historic downtown center. You'll be within walking and biking distance to great restaurants, shops, Providence St. Joseph's Hospital, the Morris Graves Museum of Art, the Carson Mansion, the Eureka Waterfront Trail, and only two miles from the Sequoia Park Zoo and Redwood Sky Walk.

Nearby, enjoy fitness opportunities at the Adorni Community Center, shop staples and delicacies at Costco, Eureka Natural Foods, North Coast Co-op, and especially the Eureka Farmer's Market, all within five minutes drive.

Arcata & Cal Poly Humboldt are 11 minutes away, while College of the Redwoods is 18 minutes away. Trinidad is a short 30-minute trip. Redwood National and State Parks are within one hour drive, both easy day trips for nature lovers and day hikes.

The apartment is part of the historic Petch Manor, a classic Queen Anne Victorian built in 1895 by Thomas Petch, Eureka's first gas and electric superintendent.
In the years since, the carriage house has retained much of its original warmth and character, with a living space bathed in light and elegant, comfortable furnishings throughout.

Begin each morning enjoying the welcoming eat-in kitchen as the sunlight comes streaming in through the windows. At the end of each fun-filled day, you can curl up on the sofa, bask in the warmth of the gas fireplace, and stream your favorite movies on the smart TV.
