Apartment is on the second floor of a two story, 10 unit complex. Hardwood floors throughout. Open concept in the main living area with cozy breakfast nook. All white kitchen has updated stainless steel appliances and large farmhouse sink. Lots of counter space with quartz countertops, large peninsula is able to seat up to four barstools. There is open shelving and plenty of storage space in bottom kitchen cabinets. Living area is spacious with an electric fire place for heat and portable AC. Oversized windows in living area provide lots of natural light. Bedroom is also spacious with lots of windows providing natural light. Bedroom closet is large and customized with shelving, drawers and hanging rods. There is also a large closet in hallway and a built in linen closet for extra storage. Bathroom has a deep soaking tub and large detachable shower head. Vanity has two large drawers for storage.
Shared laundry room on site is free to use and there is an additional storage cubby in laundry room. No parking spot. Parking is street parking only.

We are looking for a single or 2 occupants with no pets, good credit score and no prior evictions. We will also be looking for a quick move in date. If this is you, please apply and we can schedule a viewing. Thank you!

$2150 security deposit plus first months rent up front. Renter is responsible for gas and electric. No pets allowed. No smoking allowed. Must agree to one year lease. Must also purchase renters insurance.

    "I love living in DTLB. I like that everything is a short walk away, plenty of places to eat, things to do, events, and the beach is right there! Most places/restaurants are dog friendly. The downsides for me would definitely be lack of parking in most areas and the unhoused/transient folks sometimes is out of control in some parts. But those things are expected in the downtown area. "

    "There is an Art Walk every second Sunday. I live in the Art district so there are paintings displayed everywhere. A lot of restaurants and a walk to the grocery store. Unique small businesses. I am 4 blocks away from the beach, pike outlet, Long Beach convention center, and shoreline village. A lot of tourists in the area. The train is a block away. "

Or music events also on certain days of the month. And everything is usually walking distance or if not, a quick and inexpensive Uber or Lyft ride to the events. "

    "Nothing. No one goes outside. Too boring. Neighbors either smoke or drink. All the parks are filled with dirty people and homeless and or just feels dirty. We stay inside. Watch tv. Or travel all the way to San Diego just to do something fun. Kdb is gone and so is Walmart. I’m moving out of California this time next year. Already secured location. "
