Unfurnished 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home available 7/15/26 for year-round rental. Oak hardwood floors throughout the kitchen, living room and dining room. Kitchen includes stainless steel appliances. Top level are all three bedrooms including a master bedroom with private bath and large walk in closet. Nice sundeck and back yard great for entertaining.

Located in Colington Harbour, a known boating community that has a private boat ramp about 2 minutes away. For additional fees, you can have access to the very large community pool with diving board. Right next to pool is a private soundside beach. Great place to bring the family fun, fishing, or watching an afternoon sunset.

House is unfurnished. Pictures in listing show furniture from previous staging and are not included.

Utilities not included. No smoking. Background and credit checks will also be required.

Minimum one-year lease. First and last months' rent plus a security deposit will be required. Pets are negotiable but will require a non-refundable pet deposit and $200 increase in monthly rent amount.

This property is not available as a short-term or summer rental. Note to management companies: we are NOT looking for a management company for this property.
