Completed 8/26/20, the townhomes are fully custom with quality finishes throughout on a quiet, residential street in a safe neighborhood. The 2-story aspect and back door leading to a small patio and fenced, private backyard give these town homes the feeling of a home. The interior is contemporary with brushed nickel plumbing fixtures, ceiling fans, blinds, door and cabinet hardware, but will work well with any decor. Interior paint color is light grey with white trim.

* decorator white light switches (these are the wide rocker switches)

* .6 acre lot in total divided between the town homes and individually fenced

* Landlord owned and managed.

One-year lease.

Trash is paid for by landlord. All other utilities are paid by tenant.

One small pet (dog, cat, etc.) will be considered on an individual basis with the minimum requirements that your small dog and/or cat be at least one year old and housebroken, come when called (dog,) and on a leash (dog) at all times when he/she is outside. Your small pet should be a mostly indoor pet. Their waste must be picked up and disposed of promptly. They must be up-to-date on vaccinations. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $350 for a small dog and $200 for a cat or other small pet.
