Condo is located just off of Mast and Magnolia, just across from Santana High School. Condo has 2 bedrooms, one bath (784 square feet), with two car parking spots - one carport parking spot, with one additional exterior tandem parking spot in front of carport; additionally, plenty of private resident parking and public street parking nearby). Condo has private, wood-fenced back yard, with private full-sized washer and dryer. Condo has wood floors throughout (except kitchen and bathroom which have porcelain tile), granite countertops, newer cabinets, and plenty of storage. Condo has new, energy-efficient double-paned windows throughout, newer central air conditioning (including maintained air-filter change-out), refrigerator with purified water and ice dispenser (including maintained water-filter change-out), and newer ceiling fans in every room. Water, trash and HOA dues included; only utilities not covered are gas/electric. Condo association has community swimming pool available. Small dogs, cats or other pets allowed - with prior approval and inclusion in lease. No smoking inside condo. I am a great landlord and am only looking for great tenants. The condo is in near perfect condition even after my current tenant of 12 years has lived there. I am looking for long-term tenants that value a very well-maintained place and is willing to keep it that way. This place is really special and I plan to keep it forever. Unit is currently occupied (DO NOT disturb tenant), and will be available for viewing shortly. I also live in Santee, and will be available for any issues that arise. I am very responsive. I also have references. Terms: 1-year lease - $2,250/month without pets; $2,300/month with pets, $2,250 security deposit & $50 (per adult) credit check required.     "We have dog pick up bags around the neighborhood! Most everyone picks up after there dog here. The neighborhood is hilly and makes for a great walk for dogs. We have not seen aggressive breeds. Most owners are friendly as well!"

Other than that there are a few homeless people in the area and some unpleasant people around. A lot of drivers are aggressive and not courteous, and I wish there were better sidewalks for people to walk safely on."
