The kitchen opens up into the dining area (open concept) and from there you enter into a nice sized living room.

There is a double sized closet off the dining room that has washer/dryer hookups and MORE storage.

On the other side of the first floor-
There is a half bath (off the kitchen). Next, there is a small room that would make a great office or sitting room (smaller and no closet).

On the second floor-
There is a SPACIOUS master bedroom with a large closet.

There is a full bath. Sorry, not bathtub though- shower only.

Then you will find two small bedrooms at the other end of the upstairs.

There is a full, dry, basement too.

More info-
The plowing and landscaping will be done by the owners. Tenants will need to shovel their porch, stairs and fill pipe.

The rent is $2,650 plus utilities. Tenant pays for the heat (oil), electricity and other personal utilities. The hot water is off the furnace.

First and security ($2,650) are required.

    "Nice walkways, 1-2 mile walk with sidewalks are common in our community. Drivers are courteous and yield to dog walkers. It’s a nice walk… especially in the fall when the leaves are turning color, there are maple as and oaks and ginkgo trees that are a spectacle of color. Very enjoyable."
