We're looking for a respectful, reliable person (or couple) to join this spacious, sunlit house in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. Move in as soon as July 16th with July's last two weeks rent-free, including all utilities!

-Dishwasher included for easy cleanup

-Gated side yard/patio with plants, a tree, and a cold plunge pod, three sheds for storage at your disposal
-Parking for up to 4 cars (driveway+gravel), easy guest parking

    "Lots of dog poop on side walks and front yards because lots of dog owners don’t think they have to pick up after there dogs or there are some dog owners in the neighborhood that let their dogs run loose in the neighborhood and there dog poops on neighbors yards and they don’t pick it up. Other than that it’s good. "

    "The schools are good and kids are often seen using their bikes up and down alone. Also there are a lot of parks and it’s just a very calm city with pretty quiet people that keep to themselves. They have programs for kids at parks and in the community to keep them busy and active. Does need like a Chuck E. Cheese type of establishment or a jumper place of some sort"
