House is close to Interstate 8, Imperial Valley Mall and a brand new city park is being built nearby.

Bedroom is a good size room with a shared bathroom ($700).

Utilities included and full access to the kitchen. You must clean up after yourself and help clean the common living areas. You must buy your own paper towels, toilet paper and your own toiletries. Hi-speed internet included but no cable.

Absolutely no drugs in the house and no parties.

No pets allowed.

Rent ($700) and deposit ($500) are due before moving in and rent is due on the 1st of each month.

The room is for one person only.

The room is ideal for law enforcement, traveling nurses, teachers, or out-of-town workers seeking a quiet, comfortable place.

I have an unfurnished room and a furnished room available.

No term limit on lease, no extra fees.

No utility costs.

Absolutely no drugs of any kind and no parties allowed.

People from outside the neighborhood like to come and walk around in the middle of the night in the hopes that car doors are unlocked and this is happened a number of times throughout the years. "
