This is a nice 1 bed, 1 bath apartment with large living room, which has a closet so it could be a second bedroom. This unit is not connected to other units at the property. Close to many shops and stores on Main Street. There is a small yard offering privacy but not fully fenced. Laundry hook ups in bathroom (propane for dryer). Tenants are responsible for propane, electricity, and communication services. Water/Sewer/Trash is $60/mo for one person plus $30/mo for each additional resident. Trash is included.

UNIT INFORMATION:
Utilities: Water/Sewer/Trash billed at $60/first person and $30 each additional. Tenant responsible for propane, SDGE and communications.
Parking/Storage: Parking Lot, no additional storage
AC/Heat: Through wall unit
Laundry: In unit washer/dryer connections (propane dryer)
Pet Policy: Pets allowed upon approval. $75 first pet, $50 each additional increased rent per month.

1. Minimum household gross income of 2.8x the monthly rent.
2. A good credit score and clean history (625 minimum).
3. Proof of income to be able to rent. Income can include assistance such as food stamps, child support - call for clarification if necessary.
4. A Social Security Number (SSN) or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN).
5. Valid, current, government issued Photo ID.

All Uplift Property Management residents are enrolled in the Resident Benefits Package (RBP) for $45.95/month which includes liability insurance, fee forgiveness, HVAC air filter delivery (for applicable properties), our best-in-class resident rewards program and much more! More details upon application.
$40 Application fee is NOT refundable.
Units are rented to the best qualified applicant when assessed using the requirements to rent. Conditional approval may be possible for people that do not meet all requirements. Applicants that do not meet all requirements will be subordinate to fully qualified applicants.

In instances in which there is a government rent subsidy, applicants have the option to provide lawful, verifiable alternative evidence of the applicant's reasonable ability to pay the portion of the rent as an alternative to credit history.

    "Everyone knows everyone. Teach your kids respect and kindness. It goes a long way! Since it’s not easy to get places. Most kids have motorized scooters or bikes. Please teach the safety like wearing a helmet and not cutting cars off or speeding with them. We don’t want them to get hurt!"

    "Family friendly, great neighbors! We get occasional visits from wild turkeys, peacocks, owls and perrogine falcons. We have a mated pair of hawks, that we have watched raise babies since 2009! In the spring we get migrating Monarchs and Moutain finches. You can see the milky way most nights. Lots of town events, like the Rodeo and Fair. Ramona has a community Halloween event, and most of the town trick or treats on main street. They have activities for the 4th of July and Christmas. There are easy hiking trails like the Grasslands and more difficult ones such as Mount Woodsen and everything in between. The only con is commuting for work, not a lot of traffic just the distance of you work in San Diego."
