One bedroom, one bath, living room (or the living room could be used as a 2nd Bedroom) and bonus office house located just one block from Lake Mendota in the downtown area. The house is also very close to UW & MATC campus and also only 10 minutes to the Madison Airport.
This house is small but comfortable and easy to manage on your own. There are hardwood floors and new LVP just added. Updated kitchen and bath with plenty of cabinetry and storage. Washer and Dryer in the basement which is accessed from the back along with dry basement storage. The house has a big front porch and small patio area out back with a great back yard entertaining. It is set back and sits higher (on a hill) from Gorham Street so there is privacy. No Driveway, Easy Street parking only. The house is a little over 700 finished sqft so it is spacious for one person who wants to spread out a little but still very comfortable for two people.
Lots of upgrades in the past few years. New energy efficient windows, storm doors, appliances, washer & dryer, bathroom, shower, flooring, and the house was completely re-insulated so winters are warm inside.
